How this website handles the information you choose to share.
This page describes how the TalkingHeads website handles information. Updated September 11, 2026.
Contacting us
Our contact form is provided by HubSpot. When you submit it, TalkingHeads receives the information you enter, including your name, email address, organization, inquiry type, message and any requested resource. The form also provides page context. We use this information to respond to your request and manage our conversation in HubSpot. Submitting an inquiry does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Please do not include confidential or sensitive information in an initial inquiry.
Emailing us
The direct email link opens your email app; you decide whether to send the message. We receive your email and the information you include and use it to respond to your request.
Form services
The contact page loads HubSpot’s form service and Google reCAPTCHA for spam protection. These providers process technical information needed to deliver and protect the form and may use cookies or similar technologies. Read HubSpot’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy. You can use the email alternative if the form is unavailable.
Website hosting
This website is hosted using Webflow. Its hosting and asset-delivery services process technical information needed to deliver the pages and files you request. For information about Webflow’s handling of data, see its privacy policy. TalkingHeads remains your contact for questions about information you share with us.
Motion on this website
This website uses decorative lighting, diagrams and scrolling effects. The “Reduce motion” control in the footer turns off optional motion, and your device’s reduced-motion setting takes priority. If browser storage is available, we save your motion preference locally in your browser so your choice is remembered. This preference is not sent to TalkingHeads.
Optional website analytics
With your permission, we use Google Analytics to understand how visitors find and use this website and which visits lead to an inquiry. Analytics records page visits, contact-link clicks and successful inquiry submissions, along with browser and device information, referral source and campaign information. Analytics cookies use identifiers to distinguish browsers; this data is not anonymous. We use these reports to improve our website and marketing.
Optional Google Analytics measurement starts only after you allow the Statistics category. Rejecting analytics does not prevent you from reading the website or sending an inquiry. We do not use Google Analytics for advertising or remarketing.
When analytics is enabled and you have allowed it, inquiry measurement records that a form was successfully submitted. We do not send the name, email address, organization or message you enter in the inquiry form to Google Analytics. The inquiry itself is handled through HubSpot so our team can respond.
We have set Google Analytics user-level and event-level data retention to 14 months, with the user retention period not reset by new activity. This setting does not determine browser-cookie lifetimes, standard aggregated reports or the retention of your separate inquiry records in HubSpot.

Cookie settings
Cookiebot by Usercentrics manages your cookie choices and remembers your consent preference in your browser. The consent service processes information needed to provide and record those choices.
You can reject optional cookies or change your choice at any time using Cookie settings in the footer or below. Changing your choice applies to future measurement; it does not by itself delete information already collected.
If Cookie settings does not open, reload this page and try again. You can also contact info@thw.tech with questions about your information.
